This folder contains MERIS MPF v1.7, MERIS melt pond fractions, spectral albedo at 400,500,600,700,800,900,
and broadband albedo calculated according to Pohl et al., 2020, under
https://data.seaice.uni-bremen.de/meris/mecosi/$YEAR e.g. ../mecosi/2002/ and so on, till 2011.

The data were obtained using the MPD algorithm and cloud screened using an improved mecosi cloud screening as in Istomina et al., 2023.

The NetCDF files contain daily averages of the above quantities gridded onto 12.5km polar stereographic grid.
